Exercise your rights
Email manager@codcl.com with the subject “Data rights” for access or a portable copy, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Use the account Support section if signed in. We may request proportionate identity verification; do not send identity documents unless requested securely.
What deletion means
Transient media already expires automatically. Account erasure is assessed separately from mandatory invoice retention, legal claims and fraud prevention. We remove or anonymise data that is no longer necessary and explain lawful retention. Consent, where used, can be withdrawn prospectively without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Business use and security
Before uploading personal data for an organisation, arrange an Article 28 agreement where required, select a lawful basis, provide notices and assess sensitive data, transfers and high-risk uses. We use access controls, hashed credentials, signed device activation and encrypted transport. No service can promise absolute security. Report suspected incidents immediately.
