MOVIESIBLINGS / Effective 2 November 2026
Terms of use
Agreement and service
By registering or completing a purchase after being shown these terms, you accept version 2026-11-02. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. MovieSiblings is an assisted media analysis service, not a source of verified facts. Features depend on licence status, provider availability and technical limits.
Your responsibilities
You must have all rights and a lawful basis for every upload, including the rights of people depicted or recorded. You are responsible for instructions, permissions, publication, backups and checking outputs. Do not upload unlawful material or use outputs to violate rights. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or non-unique.
Licences and payment
A licence permits one active installation. Transfer or replace a key in your account; the prior activation stops working. Monthly and annual access renew according to the term and tax-inclusive total shown at Stripe Checkout. Manage cancellation in your account. Checkout separately records your request for immediate service access; mandatory withdrawal rights remain protected. Registration alone is not a purchase or consent to marketing.
Risk allocation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, commercial results or fitness for a particular purpose. We exclude indirect loss, lost profit and loss caused by misuse, unchecked outputs or third-party failures where lawful. For business customers, aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months, insofar as lawful.
Mandatory protections
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury where applicable, statutory data protection liability, or any non-excludable consumer right. Consumers retain conformity remedies, refund and withdrawal rights under applicable law. Immediate supply and any loss of withdrawal rights require the separate express agreement and acknowledgment required by law, never merely registration.
Suspension, changes and disputes
We may proportionately restrict unlawful, abusive or insecure use, giving reasons and notice where practicable and legally required. Paid services remain subject to mandatory remedies. Material changes are notified before taking effect and do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory protections of a consumer’s home country or competent courts. Contact manager@codcl.com for complaints, cancellation or withdrawal.
